Effective June 15, 2009, all North American Syngenta Flowers seed products will become a part of the Goldsmith Seeds genetics portfolio. The decision was based on the recent acquisition of Goldsmith Seeds by Syngenta and a subsequent review of seed operations in the United States.

The sales, marketing and wholesale distribution of Syngenta Flowers seed products (including the former S&G varieties) will now be handled out of Goldsmith Seeds in Gilroy, California. Syngenta Flowers vegetative business (based in Boulder, Colorado) will continue to sell and market all proprietary vegetative products in North America, including Goldfisch® annuals and Yoder® mums and asters.

Wholesale brokers and distributors can order all seed products bred by Goldsmith Seeds and Syngenta Flowers directly from Goldsmith Seeds, effective June 15. And, as always, Growers can continue to order these same seed products directly through their favorite broker(s).
